Traditional leadership guidance doesn't always consider our unique experiences, and can compromise our ability to advance. In toxic environments, our excellence can be seen as a threat to the status quo, which can lead to targeting and mistreatment. I help women to use strategy to move away from conflict and find equilibrium.
